Yesterday’s 3-1 win over West Ham saw Pep Guardiola’s side claim their fourth consecutive Premier League title. It is the first time in English football history that a team has achieved the feat. From picking up 100 points in a season to the domestic quadruple, last season’s treble, and now four Premier League titles in a row, they have continually raised the bar. It speaks volumes about the drive and determination possessed by Pep Guardiola and his squad that continually achieve historical feats.

But yesterday’s win sees Manchester City stand alone in their place in English football.
